You stay fully informed without having to ask. Every month we send you a clear summary of what happened with your apartment — no spreadsheets, no surprises.

Airbnb pays you directly to your bank account. Our invoice comes separately at the end of the month, based only on confirmed stays — you always know exactly what we earn.

Outside the monthly report, you get WhatsApp updates whenever something genuinely needs your input — a maintenance decision over a certain amount, a guest exception. Otherwise, we handle it.

Common questions
Do I need to be in Valencia?
No. Most of our owners live abroad. Everything is handled remotely — you'll receive monthly reports and WhatsApp updates for anything that needs your input.
Who pays the cleaners?
The cleaning fee is charged to guests and goes directly to you. We coordinate the cleaning but the cost passes through — our commission only covers management.
Can I still use the apartment myself?
Yes. Just let us know your dates and we block them on the calendar. You keep full control of your property.
How does Airbnb payment work?
Airbnb pays you directly to your bank account. We invoice our commission separately at the end of each month — no middleman on your income.
Do you work with tourist licence (VUT) requirements?
Yes. We verify that your apartment has a valid VUT before activating the listing, and we stay up to date with local regulations.
